What We Offer
Yoga in Schools
Rising Yogis offers tailored yoga programmes designed to support calm, focus and wellbeing in schools. Each session blends movement, breathwork and mindful awareness in age-appropriate, accessible ways.
Yoga helps students to regulate emotions, build confidence and strength, and reconnect with themselves amidst the busy pace of school life.
Rising Yogis currently works with:
• Secondary schools — curriculum delivery, enrichment sessions and yoga-based wellbeing provision
• School staff — yoga-based CPD, supporting calm, focus and wellbeing in the classroom
Yoga for Young People (ages 11-18)
These sessions offer supportive, grounding spaces that blend yoga postures, breathwork and mindfulness. Each session is always adapted to the age, energy and needs of the group on the day.
Students are guided through mindful movement, stillness and simple reflective practices to support mental health, emotional regulation and a sense of belonging. Sessions support focus in and out of the classroom, while offering a space to pause, breathe and build confidence.
